“My wife and I absolutely loved everything about the retreat! Prefect, quite setting. Jamie was a great host. Day trips from the retreat to St. Andrews, etc. were wonderful and restaurants in the area excellent - especially Corrie Inn and Delivino. We HIGHLY recommend the retreat!”

“Our party was two married couples all about 60 years old staying one night. We found the space clean, well stocked with a small grocery store close by. The owner was easy to communicate with and provided excellent information. Renters do need to be aware of the loft bedroom access via pull down ladder as some might find it challenging. However, we did not and would stay there again.”

“Great stay with excellent comms with owner. The property is a nice size, well appointed and clean. And, of course, Dunblane is both a really nice little town with excellent access to the rest of central Scotland.”

Had a great stay but the check-in was terrible. The house you see on the picture is divided in two guest houses. So there are two doors with two different key boxes. “The house was gorgeous and very comfortable. We did have to download an app to get a precise location which was unexpected, but easy enough to use. The beds were very comfortable and the location beautiful. If you are looking for a rural retreat in order to explore the beautiful scenery, it's a wonderful choice! Word of warning: careful with the upstairs windows as flies like to congregate on them!”

“Dave and Rosie were phenomenal hosts. They were friendly, informative and responsive to requests. They are knowledgeable about the local area,and gave great dining and recreation tips. “The Wee Hoose was just as described. It was quaint and charming and had everything we needed. Callander is a lovely village and The Wee Hoose is perfectly situated for enjoying it. We’d highly recommend as long as you’re ok with small accommodations. We had a delightful stay. ”
