Staff were superb, so very helpful and articulate, my only issue was standing in a queue for breakfast for 20 minutes , other than that it was a fantastic experience, great food and will most certainly will be returning , Gary
Absolutely gorgeous hotel. Very impressive and lots to do. All the staff were lovely too. Clean spacious family room. Got moved when we asked for a better view and the room was ideal. Good restaurants and a good atmosphere. Didn’t do the activities as Storm Amy arrived!! Would be lovely in the summer. Will definitely go back to stay.
A wonderful overnight stay while in the area for work. Lovely welcome, fantastic meal and a relaxing evening walk around the grounds. All the staff that i met were very friendly and helpful.
Room was clean with beautiful views and enough space for all 3 of us.
Staff were very pleasant and helpful when questions were asked.
Breakfast was delicious with lots of options. Had to ask for pancakes for my little one though and no chocolate sauce which she was disappointed in but didn’t ruin our breakfast experience.
We used the pool which was great too. Kids pool was warmer than the big pool which was lovely.
My partner and I visited for one night, we were both very impressed. We booked a standard room, it was spacious, clean and had dual aspect windows. We didn’t manage to eat at the main hotel however the meal we had at the sister restaurant was really good value. The main bar looks like it’s recently been refurbished, a great place to chill out and the bartenders were very friendly. The Victorian spa was definitely worth visiting but I’m not sure that charging hotel guests for its use is entirely justifiable.

Great Stay
Great stay, beautiful surroundings. A lot of the main hotel looks a bit tired however with lots of scaffolding up we could see that there are refurbishments underway. Staff were excellent and the food was delicious!
We are very satisfied with our stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The facility is very well maintained and clean inside and out. If you like high standard and very good food, I recommend visiting.

Personally for me it was too big especially at breakfast, lots of activities for family’s
Friendly , pleasant and helpful staff at this hotel. We enjoyed the free organised activities within this hotel, for example the music bingo, which was fun. It would have been useful to be given the list of activities at reception on arrival as we didn't find out about the events until our second day at the hotel. There is even a cinema,
All the staff were excellent and very helpful. The prices in the restaurants are a bit expensive especially the Asian inspired restaurant. We hope to return to the hotel as we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The Crieff Hydro is a lovely setting and we loved the pool and Victorian baths. The breakfast was fantastic and a wonderful breakfast manager Lynn went out of her way to help my disabled partner. Restaurant choices in the evening were limited and we ended up eating in East twice as there were no other restaurants available - it was good but pricey and not the kind of food you want to eat two nights in a row. Bookings etc supposed to be on an App which was not working properly. My 25 year old son was keen on doing some activities but there was no availability. I think they cater for large groups with prebookings. The Secret bar was a special experience.
Went there for my daughter’s 9th birthday.
The staff made a big deal about her while she was there and made it extra special for her, particularly Hannah in the Piccolo restaurant and Danielle in the Brasserie.
Excellent location, very relaxing even although it was school holidays! Staff so attentive in all areas. Felt very chilled and not wanting to leave.

Stately and activity-filled
The sprawling grounds has so much to explore, and the hotel offers such a variety of activities you wont ever feel bored. You can even have your own Bridgerton moment on their immaculate croquet lawn.
The building is quite stately and the rooms well appointed. Some rooms are only accessible via a staircase so if you have heavy luggage or mobility issues, best to write ahead to the hotel.
Special shout-out to Tessa who is part of the concierge team. She was so friendly, helpful, and service-minded. She has an ability to anticipate your needs and give really good suggestions.
Recommend the horse-riding activity because you get to tour the extensive estate. Would've loved to do the nature walk if I had more time there!
