Important Winter Notice – Deck Snow Removal
During the winter season, a deck shoveling crew will access the property to clear snow from the deck as needed.

Please be aware of the following:

-Access must be granted: Please allow the snow removal crew to enter the unit to access and shovel the deck when they arrive.
-No rescheduling: The crew cannot be asked to return at a later time, as they may not remain on-site throughout the day.
-Follow-up snow removal: Additional deck shoveling may be necessary 24–72 hours after a snowstorm to remove any remaining or newly accumulated snow. Access must also be granted during these follow-up visits.
- Absolutely no smoking or vaping in the building. $500 fine for extra cleaning if there is smoke.
