Elevator was out of operation and had been for some time. That would have been nice to know as the unit is on the 6th floor. Key code didn't work upon arrival. Very outdated unit. , The indoor pool is not heated. Steam room was awesome. Living room lights didn't work, carpet is stained and torn, stove is stained. TV was very hard to operate, no instructions. Only liquid soap but only 1 wash cloth.
