“I was locked out of my room every single day because they didn’t have my key programmed so every day at 11 or something my keyboard shut off and I would have to go have it reactivated. There were people walking around that were obvious extremely high on drugs and I asked the front desk person if that was something that’s normal and it just kind of shrug and smiled and I was like OK. I guess I need to stay inside. It was extremely dirty where other peoples trash was there there’s mold growing in……

Room 201: Toilet Flush Tank ran all day & night. Hopefully they will fix now after i mentioned to them
Hot tub: No jet in hottub. Just hot water
Pool: Too much cold water & everyone avoided going into it
Breakfast: Everything ranout at 0830am & they were struggling to complete the guest request. Not enough seating space as well. Staff & manager were helpful though.
They need to pay attention to maintenance of plumbing fixtures.
May return again”

“Poor management maybe??? Air conditioner did not work. Instead of coming to our room to have a look at it, they told us to wobble it just a bit and it SHOULD work!!! What??? It did not work until l have it a good kick. Phone didn't work, coffee maker did not work, bed and pillows were awful!!!
Crappy place to stay, won't make that mistake again! Not worth the money!”
