Home sleeps up to 10 guests with 3 bedrooms plus a loft. The main living area features a flat screen TV with DVD/VCR combo, a gas fireplace and a cozy new couch with a pull-out sleeper sofa for 1-2 guests.
Living area is open to the kitchen and dining area which has seating for 6 guests at the table and two more at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishware, pots and pans and all of the essentials you'll need to make yourselves a divine meal! NEW oven (not pictured). There is also a deck off of the living room that has an electric grill and some seating for dining al fresco in the summer months.
The first of 3 bedrooms is downstairs and has a king bed. The second bedroom is also downstairs and has a king bed and a balcony en-suite. These two rooms share a full bathroom with tub/shower combo and a double vanity sink. The laundry, entry area and storage closet are also housed on this, the first level of the suite.
The second level has the before-mentioned living room, dining area and kitchen as well as the 3rd bedroom and second full bath. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed and overlooks the community yard.
The top floor of the condo has a twin bunk bed, card table and desk that overlooks the living area below.
Community amenities in the summer include pool, kiddie pool, tennis/basketball court, volleyball, bocce courts, sauna, clubhouse with full kitchen and work out area that are both available year-round.
