location is good. Everything is old in the room. The bed was noisy when getting off. One of the sink tabs didn’t work well. Picture frame on the wall is very dusty.

Nice property. However, the coffee maker and pot were not cleaned. Old dried coffee was left in the bottom of the pot. Also, the bathroom floor could use a cleaning.

I was a little worried after reading reviews that the rooms were not clean and that they smelled. We found our room to be fresh smelling and clean. The only complaints I have that matter are that the curtains were basically hanging off the window, the door knob seemed a bit loose and not very secure and there appeared to be several dead flies or possibly bees in the plastic cover of the over head lights over the sinks. But for a one night stay, it was fine.

Beds were comically hard and actually somehow rocked like a seesaw with the slightest movement. Shower head sprayed all over bathroom like a high powered sprinkler. About 3 mins of hot water. Room smelled musty but appeared clean. Nice location next to brewery restaurant.

Place stunk like someone chain smoked, curtains in the bathroom were moldy. 1950s furniture. They had a air freshener in the window to help with the smell. Bed wasn’t comfortable at all. The floors were newer and clean. And there were several house flies that kept me awake all night.

This is an older property, so if you are looking for luxury this is not for you. It is clean, has working a/c, shower, TV , microwave, coffee maker and a bed. It has a beautiful pool area, although we did not use it. We just need a clean, safe place to sleep and shower. We stayed her last year as well, for Follow the Arrow Festival. Ther is a great restaurant next door.
