“Myself and two friends stayed here as we were watching a concert in Leeds city centre. Location is fine and really easy to get a taxi into the city. Really quiet area. Ron is a great host and the rooms were fine. I would recommend this hotel if visiting Leeds as the price is great. ”

Excellent communication from owner Catherine when I enquired about leaving the car there before check in time as we were attending York Races.Catherine arranged early check in and advised on taxis to the Races. The whole B&B is very tastefully decorated with very high quality everywhere beds are an absolute dream! Breakfast is outstanding freshly cooked beautifully presented and top quality! This is a working farm with calves loving life and Betty the cat……

“It's a beautiful, cozy and comfortable home with nice common areas (living room with TV and nicely equiped kitchen with stove oven and fridge. We can also the washer and dryer, if needed. Everything was just excellent. It's too bad that we just stayed one night. Only one thing to bear in mind is to have oatmeal or wheat bread for breakfast when travelling with a diabetic person.”
