“The Pine Lake resort has deteriorated since I stayed a year ago. The only amenity is a breakfast. No coffee machine n the room. The coffee and water sitting out is not maintained. There is no room maintenance on a daily basis. There is no ice machine. No access to a computer. The staff which are few appear to be sitting on a cell phone and/or outside on breaks. I will no longer stay there unless new management brings it up to standard.”

“It was very nice, clean and enjoyable place. Everyone was very helpful. The only thing our bathroom sink was too far back we had to stand on tiptoes to brush our teeth.”

“The exterior of the property was clean. I had to request housekeeping as soon as I checked in. There was crumbs under the desk and under the desk next to the beds. The hallways smelled like a dirty dish rag. Especially next to the vents. Breakfast was great! The dining area was clean as well.”
