Perfect for a quick stay in Knoxville on a road trip! Very easy to access, rooms and lobby were clean, staff were very friendly!

Great place to stay for a traveler with pets and who wants to stay connected( plenty of USB outlets as well as 110 outlets, comfy beds and quiet rooms. Well lit.

The hotel was ok. The evening receptionist wasn’t the most professional. She seem to not like her job, talks low, and nonchalant. Wish they had breakfast, none at all. No elevator. Was difficult for my elderly blind friend, we had to struggle going up and down the stairs. It wasn’t bad for the price though. Really wish they had an elevator.

The room was immaculate. We hadn't realized that there was no cleaning on day two. I took out towels and washcloths to the office, and they gave us clean ones.The sign on the counter is not clear. We didn't realize we had to ask for fresh towels.
