“Had a good time at the Charm Beach Retreat! Just be aware that the hotel is about a 15-minute bus ride from the city centre and is in more of a residential area, which can be a bit frustrating if you want to be going back and forth to your hotel. Also, the room to your hotel leads straight outside; there is no hallway or lobby in the traditional sense, but there is a gate around the property and a code to your room, which only you have access to and is changed after every visit. The staff are……

“Lovely spacious room with everything you needed ( I did have to request a fridge which i thought was a bit odd being Spain but they gave me one the next day !) Amazing swimming pool the largest I've seen in a hotel and not full of kids (probably because quite deep). Very friendly & helpful staff. Tram and lovely quiet beach nearby So very good value for money for Spain in August”

“Superb customer service, good rooms and value, amazing service in the restaurant and food very fresh and perfect location for public transport.”

“A lovely hotel with nice staff and great location. The pity is some smell exists in my room, but it become ok if you open the windows for a while. There exist some foods in the restaurant next to the hotel, not many choices but ok. The boss seems suprised when we wanna eat dinner there, but she still kindly prepare the dinner for us. In a word, I'll come back if I visit Alicante again : )”

“We had a lovely stay! The room was clean and comfortable, with great amenities. The staff were very helpful, warm, and welcoming. We really appreciated being able to leave our luggage after check-out and come back later to collect it, which made things so convenient. There are also free hot drinks and juice available 24/7 at reception, plus plenty of free street parking nearby. We felt safe and well looked after throughout our stay. Highly recommended!”

“Receptionist support was impeccable and although check in is kinda late (4pm) there was a secure space for your bags. Only improvement would be that the check in details for the building access are shared in advance of arrival - which didn’t happen in my case. Otherwise amazing facilities and easy access to public transport and restaurants.”

“Netjes, schoon, nieuw. Lekker bed. Rustige omgeving.

“Quiet, clean and comfortable. Not in downtown but there are taxis and buses around. You can also walk to the city, around 3 miles. Food at the hotel was ok and price is reasonable.”
