"Nice property but check in process was frustrating. we were told we can check in early and once our room is ready we'll get a text. We get there around 3:15 and check in and they give us passes to explore the property. All good at this point. Then 4pm comes around which is the original check in time and we still haven't received a text so we go back to the desk and they tell us the rooms not ready yet and that we'll get a text when it is. 4:30 comes and still no text so I go back up and they tell me my rooms ready. So if I didn't keep checking I'd be sitting around waiting for a text for who knows how long. Once we got our room everything was good but it was frustrating waiting around for our room and a nonexistent text."

"The hotel is great it was clean and for a quick 2 day stay we would suggest this location it is centrally located to all the spots we enjoy going in the city. The only setback is the cleaning of the room there were towels left in the room soda cans on the window seal things on the floor. The room should have been clean better and not rush through."
