I can attach photos of their ‘fitness room’ & spa. Non existent & filthy. No water working-an alarm on machine kept beeping. No towels, no bottled waters. Front desk check in like a motel 6. The only positive: they had a nice shuttle driver that drove guests to the village. I tipped him & thanked him for pick up & drop off. Other guests much nicer than the staff!

The property was lovely, well kept and clean. The only complaint we have is how thin the walls were. We could hear every little noise in the room next to us. We could hear voices, coughing, water running etc. Other than that it was very nice.

Bathroom sinks and bathtub clogged up two days in a row Customer service was ok but after we complained no one tried to fix the situation. Bedrooms floors were dirty the cleaning crew doesn’t mop because there was hair all along the edges of the bathroom and entry. Customer service at the ricks cafe was ok right before we got told off by the manger on duty. Saturday night june22 at 6:00 pm. I received the worst customer service by the young women who was the manager on duty at the ricks cafe when she got upset because I sent my halibut back because it was dry from being over cooked and she stormed out with the plate to ask me why I ate almost half of it if it was over cooked. So I said it was a very small piece and I tried to force it down my throat but it was so dry and smelled like rotten eggs so I couldn’t finish and that’s why I sent it back but it didn’t make it better so I told her I dont like her vibe and give me the check and I’ll leave. So then she was she did not like my vibe either, she clearly told me that my vibe was bad! So I won’t be going back to Rick’s place.

Love the Westin however the hotel does need some upgrades. The staff is always very friendly and accommodating. Customer service is always great.

This is a great place for families and for Adults to unwind without all the craziness. I truly enjoyed going here specially with all the dinning restaurants they have and amenities. They have the best pool for kids and adults and that's always a plus! Cocktail drinks if you want to unwind and cafe for everyone's craving.

This is our favorite staycation in LV with the kids! We love the water slide and pool. The front desk staff were so kind and helpful. My only suggestion is they look into possibly replacing the mattresses this year. We will be back next year!

This is a nice hotel with a feel of luxury, not too far from Las Vegas. If the strip is not your vibe, this hotel is a good option in a nice, scenic area.

The hotel was great, room was clean and the front desk staff was friendly and helpful, however, they are currently severely under staffed in their service departments. It took over an hour to get a drink by the pool and Rick’s cafe was worse. The place was not busy but the waitress apparently was. Never got our beverages, our meals came out all at different times, and overall dinner time was nearly 3 hours. I would highly recommend they hire more staff to run your restaurants.

Great resort. They upgraded our room to a lake view for free. Had a wonderful time, waitress in Jake’s cafe was fantastic, receptionists were very helpful. The GM was friendly as well, he gave both my children free game cards to the arcade. We will be back in the future.
