Do not let the Expedia score throw you off! This Best Western does not in any way reflect the 8.8/10 rating it currently has. My wife and I were late arrivals (around 2 AM) and we called ahead around 9 PM to let the check-in personnel know. The girl who answered the phone said, "don't worry, we'll have someone on-duty, and I'll let them know." Well, take a guess, did she pass that message along to the night shift? NOPE. So when we arrived around just after 2 AM the guy working the check-in desk looked annoyed at our arrival. He was uncaring, unprofessional, and gave off the vibe of "I don't care about this job." He responded with, "you can't check-in for another 30 minutes because I'm doing my audit" and then proceeded to go about whatever he was doing on the computer. After driving four and a half hours, this kind of snarky attitude was not expected and definitely unwarranted! After 15 minutes he then checked us in and I went to park my vehicle in the lot.
Be advised that this location is in an industrial area of Henderson which means drug addicts, homeless, and some shady individuals are lurking around the lot, especially in the back. A guy who was obviously intoxicated came up to me and asked if I wanted to buy a Bluetooth speaker from him...in a parking lot at 2:30 AM.
The room was clean and had plenty of fresh towels. Excellent water pressure in the shower. The inside of the property was clean as well.
