Thank you for making us feel comfortable. Also, this flight had one of the best volumes and clarity of actually hearing what the pilot was saying - which I know MUST be a challenge with the loud engine.

Seating isn't the best for a long flight (PA-NV). But we knew this and still flew with Spirit. Staff was fabulous, especially the gentleman at baggage check that helped me with our boarding pass. It ended up in SPAM, he was very helpful as well as friendly.

It's unfortunate that you can't upgrade your seat when there's almost 40 empty seats. Very disappointing.
