“Really nice property in a truly special place. Rooms small but well kept, breakfast was great. Do be aware they cannot process credit cards, and didn't find out til next morning. Fortunately a friend could deal with it. Not so much upset with property but with Expedia for no advanced warning. Would definitely go back but would be prepared.”

“The hotel was nice. The food at the Brassels was better than the Cruzerie (?).
The hotel was pet friendly. The rooms were a great size and comfortable.
Unfortunately, we couldn't do much as you have to book everything in advance. We were not aware that you had to plan ahead.”

“Second stay here - returning after a previous visit in 2018.
The same 3-bed room is as impeccable as before (with one new decorative item), but most importantly the helpful staff is a newly-discovered plus: accidentally left behind a bottle of whisky in the room and I was already in another town once I noticed that, then after contacting the hotel everything's sorted out at once and a few days later the bottle arrived safely in very proper packaging (done better than what I usually do for……

“Booked this as a last-minute room for a local event. Paid £130 for the room, knowing that I would be sharing a bathroom with another guest.
Initial contact was through Expedia messaging where I outlined that I would be arriving late due to disrupted ferry times and if it would be possible to pick my key up after arriving after 11pm. Received a message saying that they could leave my room key somewhere for me to pick up as well as one that said 'You are aware there are no ferries that operate……
