“Would highly recommend checking with the property agent that the booking is valid when you book. I booked this last minute. Arrived at the attached cafe ( which I’d highly recommend) a couple of hours before check-in only to be informed that the rooms had already all been booked. Was given no help whatsoever by the unprofessional property owner who I’m assuming brought her very young child to avoid any escalation and just told us to take our anger out on Expedia. “Convenient location”

“Parking was difficult and check in was made more difficult by a staff member who was not very forthcoming with information on the phone. The room was clean, but there was a pervasive smell of sewage coming from the bathroom. Breakfast was okay, but my husband received black pudding rather than sausage and my breakfast sandwich included an item which I asked to have on the side. The coffee was good.”
