The hot tub is worn and splintered and doesn't get above maybe 25 degrees, the sauna takes 2 hours to get to 50 degrees, the shower floods the bathroom no matter what. “We had an excellent stay here. The staff went out of their way to help us, So friendly and helpful, really kind and our kids loved them! There was bit of confusion about where to park when we arrived after a long and stressful journey and Lara even came over to meet us and waited for us to grab our bags and show us where to park. The staff are based at the Jasna Resort just a couple of minutes up the road but are super responsive. I didn’t get the young man’s name who gave my kids sweets and……
