“The dog park was nice. They had bags there for you and there was no fee for the dogs. I had hair in my bathtub. We stayed the weekend. They didn’t get a room cleaned so we had to be in the room while they got our room cleaned and they didn’t even pick up all the trash when we were in there and so we just got towels so that they wouldn’t be in our room while we were trying to relax. That would be kind of the only downside was that the cleaning staff was really slow. They were when we got there.……

“Everything is just horrible and y’all can see the policy clearly says 18 years old but when you get there and you’re 18 years old, they’re gonna tell you that it’s 21 if you don’t want 18-year-old standing there you need to change your policy and take accountability that’s misleading information. I understand y’all need more money, but that’s not the way to do it and then on top of that, they refused to give me my refund until Expedia forced them to give me a refund. ”
