On such a busy air travel day for the memorial day weekend, your staff was superb, very professional and very helpful to all passengers. Their customer service attitude was above and beyond what would even be expected from start to finish. They also seem to have a sense of which passengers need more help with directions and guidance, in other words, they are in tune with the traveling public and the stress that it causes.
I love flying with delta airlines
Carol at the counter in Jackson, MS made my kids first plane ride an awesome experience. She put and smile on their face and prepare them for the adventure. Definitely took a lot of stress off of Dad!
I paid for my carry on and I got into zone 1 - that was great got to cut to the front of the line :) to board
The seating space was cramped. Agent changed my 2nd leg which helped. Flight attendants didn’t have the second custom form and were limited on the others. They needed more forms.
Enjoyed the flight.
Left early and landed early
I LOVE Delta Airlines!!!!!!!!
The flight attendant was exceptional. He went to every passenger and advised them personally of their connecting flights.
I was placed in the last row by the window. These seats don’t recline. I don’t think seats should be in this row.
