“The lady at the front desk isn’t exactly mean, she just doesn’t know what customer service is. She’ll cut you off when you’re talking to her. If no one is at the front desk, you have to wait to get in the building which I’m sure is illegal. How are you paying for a room and can’t even walk in the building through the front door when you need to because the door to the building is locked and you can’t even use your key to get in??? Their tap to pay doesn’t work. It’s just a hassle for no reason.……

“Definitely an active drug trade zone. There was drug trafficking and prostitution happening right at the hotel. Staff doesn’t care. Said 15$ pet fee charged us 18$ cash which didn’t make sense. Definitely not worth the price , also asked for a non smoking room and got one with burn holes in the blanket and cigarette burns on the tub Booked a King Non Smoking room but the front desk man is giving out rooms under the table for cash so we ended up getting a room with 2 tiny ass beds. Won’t be going……
