J ai appelle la réception mais personne de venu après 30 minutes j ai rappelle mais le réceptionniste ne me répondait pas à chaque fois c était la boîte vocale après 4 ou 5 sonnerie j ai alors décidé d aller le voir il était à son comptoir mais ne faisait rien et ne voulait pas me répondre en voyant ma chambre au téléphone . Il a alors appelle la personne de l entretien ménager. Et ce dernier est monté à la chambre pour nettoyer la toilette mais il a posé la brosse au il a utilisé sur le comptoir du lavabo et dans le nettoyer avant de partir . Les couvertures et les matelas sont très usés et inconfortables on a été obligé d acheter des couvertures pour les mettre sur leurs draps avant de dormir . Vers 11h20 du soir les voisins criaient forts et marchaient en parlante dans les corridors sans que personne ne leur dise de respecter les gens qui sont venus se reposer . Even in the room they served the breakfast you could see the window that gave on the hallway were not cleaned nor the window door.
