Expedia booked me a room even though the hotel was on the DO NOT BOOK list between them and Expedia. So because Expedia took my money upon reservation, we had no money for another hotel and spent the weekend in our vehicles with my special needs child. And now, Expedia is taking their sweet time "reviewing" my claim. I even paid for the insurance. DO NOT USE EXPEDIA!!!!!

Dog hair on the beds and floor. room smelled like smoke and the beds had dirty paw prints on them. Cleanliness is not a priority here but it is cheap.

cheap for quick stay

there was no blanket, just a sheet, fire alarm was diabled, no live tv but I had a Google tv device i was able to connect. room was cheap and clerk was very friendly.

Pathetic! Don’t ruin your trip.

Pathetic ! Rooms are not cleanly maintained and they smell really bad. I wouldn’t stay here even if it’s free.

Rooms are smelling like weed smoking even it’s says non smoking room. It is not really good rooms as window was not closing properly. I do not recommend to stay in fallsview inn as compared to other hotels little more than this.
