“The floor in my room was so slippery that I nearly fell a few times. Room 521. I pointed this out the custodial people that were in the hallway right outside my room upon leaving. They didn’t walk in and check for themselves. Whatever they using to clean the floors in the kitchen & living rooom is not right. Whether I had shoes on or bare feet, it was a problem.”

“I and my colleague, We had a great stay at Hampton Inn Detroit/Auburn Hills-North. The breakfast was good — omelettes, sausage, potatoes, bagels , DIY waffles, with some healthy options available too. The staff were always friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home. The location is perfect — just next to the outlet, and it’s very convenient for dining and shopping. Highly recommend this hotel!”

“I checked in at 8 pm.Room is dirty with someone’s hair on the desk and room is filled with someone else’s perfume smell. Toilet still have paper in it. The room card’s demagnetize frequently. I have to go to front desk to reactivate again and again. Happened to have my door card deactivated unfortunately around 1am while getting some ice. No one’s at the reception and no staff is around. Waited there till around 3:15am when the reception lady returned from somewhere. Definitely terrible……

“Easy access to the highway in a very nice neighborhood rooms were very clean. Breakfast was excellent. Had lots of choices clean area. Had dinner at the restaurant and and service was perfect and delicious.”
