"I had a very disappointing experience at an Embassy Suites by Hilton Seattle North Lynnwood. The room conditions were far below expectations — it felt poorly maintained, outdated. The overall condition of the room did not match what was advertised online. To make matters worse, there was ongoing construction/renovation, which created noise and an uncomfortable environment during the stay. This was not clearly communicated at the time of booking. When I tried to resolve the issue, Expedia provided no helpful options to change or cancel the reservation, leaving me stuck despite the poor conditions. This experience completely fell short of what you expect from a brand like Embassy Suites. I would not recommend staying here"

"Clean room and for extra pillows, friendly staff, hot breakfast, check out 12 noon which is nice for us people who like to sleep in a bit. Didn’t go in the hot tub but it looked nice. Will stay there again."
