“I was in Seattle for 8 days for my birthday and wanted to find something affordable. I was initially scared since it was so affordable but oh my gosh I was so dang impressed. I can’t wait to come back and visit again!!! I felt safe, it was in the perfect location, walking distance from everything, and always someone able to help me if I needed it. You can store groceries, they have a whole kitchen, a nice outdoor patio, a pool table and a small bar.”

“Rooms were clean and the common area was a nice little add on. The area was around downtown so pretty close to a lot of restaurants and bars. Staff was super helpful as far as communication and questions go”

“Patio was locked, the property assistant was not in the area to help and would not put us in contact with the property owner. Bathroom not attached to the room and terrible location to park a car. We asked for a partial refund as we booked primarily because of the patio and they did nothing to apologize or remedy the situation. Not a good experience. We also messaged the property with a few questions and never heard back.”

“Room was clean but my window couldn’t open my entire stay bc it was previously broken, if you’re a light sleeper I highly don’t recommend staying here as the other tenants were loud and partying, the next morning I was locked inside the hotel bc the main door to get in was broken and I had to climb out the window so I didn’t miss my train, other than that it’s clean and affordable but not planing on staying again.”

“If you want to jump out of a window — luggage and all — in order to exit, this place is for you! If you’d prefer something safer, I would not recommend it, based on my experience and that of three other guests who had to exit through the window with me. Given the dangerous and frankly absurd circumstances, I thought my request for a modest 1/6th refund was more than reasonable. I was surprised that the host denied it entirely and seemed unwilling to acknowledge the seriousness of the……
