“Room was clean but my window couldn’t open my entire stay bc it was previously broken, if you’re a light sleeper I highly don’t recommend staying here as the other tenants were loud and partying, the next morning I was locked inside the hotel bc the main door to get in was broken and I had to climb out the window so I didn’t miss my train, other than that it’s clean and affordable but not planing on staying again.”

“Rooms were clean and the common area was a nice little add on. The area was around downtown so pretty close to a lot of restaurants and bars. Staff was super helpful as far as communication and questions go”

“If you want to jump out of a window — luggage and all — in order to exit, this place is for you! If you’d prefer something safer, I would not recommend it, based on my experience and that of three other guests who had to exit through the window with me. Given the dangerous and frankly absurd circumstances, I thought my request for a modest 1/6th refund was more than reasonable.
