“Room was not available and owner still accepted the booking. He did not even cancel the booking on asking. We faced too much difficulty finding another option to stay as it was too late. Terrible thing was when we asked expedia for refund even they supported that hotel made up story.”

“"It's a cozy and lovely place." occurred to me at the first glance of its little courtyard. The small lanes in the front is just quiet and so different from the surroundings. However, the room is ordinary and especially bathroom is basic. With a four star hotel rates, I think its quality is far away from the price. Our room is located on the ground floor, facing right towards a rooftop restaurant. We booked one month before our arrival and it was so noisy, with no view at all. This is so not……

“Sukhmani and Kanchan, provided great and ease in checking in and checking out. Food is truly authentic Indian and tastes absolutely great. Urban tadka is great place to eat, excellent service. Manish provided above and beyond five star service. Suresh is another one with excellent customer experience. Chef Hamendra of urban tadka is amazing, kudos to him for having such an amazing buffet with variety over the days. Pizza by the lake is also amazing. All pizzas here is authentic, very nice……

“The location is fantastic. The hotel is beautiful & very well maintained. The food at Ambrai restaurant was also very good. Staff was helpful. Only issue I had once was at dinner on Friday night when the restaurant got crowded & the intern waiters didn't coordinate my order well. Apart from that all good. The hotel also had private boat facility for sunset tour of lake Pichola, which was pricey but fantastic ”

“We had a wonderful 3 night stay here. Amazingly huge clean room with incredible views of lake pichola from the room and the large balcony. Jassu went out of his way to make our time in Udaipur even more special. , nothing was too much trouble. ”

“Excellent location and hotel, staff were amazing especially when I needed to visit hospital and doctors even so far as giving me a lift. Breakfast was also exceptional. I can’t recommend this place enough.”
