"Great stay, many thanks to the owner of the hotel. He was great during check-in when he showed us his map and prepared itinerary that made the sightseeing sooo much easier, detailing anything you might want to see or get (ATM) along the way. He had different itinerarys depending on how many day's you had to spend in the local area. He was also a great help when our flight got cancelled just as we were about to get a taxi to the airport. He helped us figure out a new route and get a taxi that wasn't trying to charge us double. Our room was still available so we checked back in. With his help our crisis was resolved within half an hour and we were back out sightseeing for the rest of the day. Thank you so much would definitely stay again and the view from the roof top of the lake was incredible, just what you want from a visit to Udaipur "

"Rooms are good but service standards specially from reception and staff are very below to mark. Also, facility are good but not maintain well like changing room at pool are not good, no lights, no proper locks...etc....staff response towards service is very slow or ignored...specially for Indian customers other part picture will change if you are forgine tourist.
