After check-in, we noticed the bathroom floor was covered in hair. Then looked at the roof... covered in black mold spots. Immediately left and booked with another hotel. Before leaving, we expressed our desire for a refund due to the unsafe conditions. Since we booked with Expedia, we were told to go through them to request a refund. Expedia contacted the hotel manager, and was denied. Tried to call the hotel personally, asked for the manager. Was put on hold for around 30 minutes, then was told that the manager was attending to other matters and wouldn't be able to talk to me. I left my number and asked that they get back to me. That was 2 weeks ago.

Let’s start with best point which is included warm served break fast. Customer service also great reception and restaurant service is great. Parking place was unlimited but, spa and swimming pull was closed at 20th of May and they said would be open on next week
