"If you just need a place to lay your head, it’s worth it for the price. Was not terribly clean, hairs in the sink, “something” on the comforter. I just used my own blanket. Washcloths are very cheap like they are disposable maybe. Also, doors to the outside are a little funky and you have to kind of wiggle them (this was explained at check in) but when we closed the door you could see out from the inside. So make sure you really close it well. Quick drive to the ocean beach was nice. 2/5 for me. Could be better, could be worse. "

"This was our second stay at the property, and unfortunately, it will likely be our last. We were charged more than the amount we originally booked for, and at the time, we were told the excess would be refunded—but we never received it. On top of that, we were charged an additional $20 for a stained shower curtain, even though the shower was not used during our stay. While the property itself is nice, our experience with the billing was frustrating and disappointing. I would recommend double-checking charges and being cautious, as we were billed for things we did not do and did not receive the promised refund."

"This stay was great! The heated pool was a major plus with little kids. The beds were comfortable. And the spot had everything you needed for basic cooking. As well as a great little grill. It wasn’t super clear to us in the listing, but there are two separate houses on the property. One with 3 BRs and a bathroom, and a small poolside cottage with another room and bathroom and small kitchen. It would be perfect for a split family! Great outdoor space for meals and relaxing. The host was very accommodating as well! We didn’t end up walking much but it was definitely within walking distance of the little downtown and could walk to the beach if you wanted to, would just be a little jaunt. Great stay overall! "

"Our arrival was super easy and the communication with the host was great. The outdoor lounge was very nice! However, the appartment was very small, even for only two people. The coverbed and bedsheets were not the cleanest we've seen and the equipments neither. The location in town was great because of the proximity of groceries and restaurants. The soundproofing was really bad; we could hear everything from the upstairs apartment."
