Pool kept very clean. Staff was very good natured and easy to have them respond to any needs. Breakfast was good and covered a variety of favorite foods. Building was pretty spotless inside and out but there was some trash that blew onto property from elsewhere.

The staff was very kind and helpful. The property is well taken care of, with a nice green space for pets. There are lots of options for dining nearby. It is right off the hwy yet it felt very safe.

I stayed at this property 15 years ago on several occasions. I booked the reservation because of this. I saw the yelp reviews later and was prepared to see a less than desirable state of the hotel when I arrived. This was not the case. The condition, cleanliness of the property was very good, professional staff. Its sad these reviews on yelp tell you something entirely different. Keep up the good work.

Staying here for 1 night after living in the area for 2 yrs- Was a nice surprise for lancaster, CA. A advantage is the LAX shuttle leaves from here as well

Lancaster visit

The staff was friendly. Housekeeping you have to call for service or for extended stays wait until the 3rd day. I waited no one came. No fresh towels or to empty the trash. I took the trash out to an outside bin. The breakfast included in the stay didn’t look great so I skipped it. Overall it was an okay stay. Next time I will choose a different hotel.

Nice place close to major freeway, shopping, and food. Staff was nice and accommodating. Place was clean and pool area was nice and no one said a word about our group hanging out past 10pm. Would stay again if in area.
