“Overall, it is a nice stay in Philly.
At first, it is a little hard to contact the staff, but in the afternoon, the staff contact me from another number. I think they should change the phone number in automatic message after booking ( I called the number a couple of times, no one reply, but new number has a good connection!).
Then, the hotel is very clean, more than expected.
Bathroom is a little small, but that's fine.
The property needs some deposit (~200). And I got refund one day after……

“Very unpleasant experience staying at this hotel.
First, very untransparent fees. While the accommodation fare is only $57.52, taxes amounted to $29.07 and "Additional Fees & Room Fees" were $130. When I asked them what these additional fees entailed, they said the $130 reflected a "cleaning fee + water usage fee + electricity," which, to me, shouldn't normally constitute such a high price tag. Furthermore, I don't think I've ever stayed at a hotel where additional fees were higher than the……

“I do not typically leave reviews, but my stay here was so amazing not to. I felt so at home, giving that it was an apartment vibe. I ran into an issue with my door the first night and within minutes the issue was resolved! I will not be staying anywhere else in Philly. I did not want to leave. This is my go to! ”

“We absolutely loved our stay over the weekend! The cottage was so cozy and clean and our breakfast with Tracy was delicious. Such kind people my children loved the animals on the beautiful farm grounds! We will be back this was our 2nd year staying here!”
