The room was clean, the shower was good. It was a little worn throughout (carpet, walls, doors) but for the price it was more than adequate. Breakfast had waffles, eggs ,meat, and the normal cereal, muffins, yogurt.

Super clean and amazing smelling room, staff were very kind and helpful, close by food and grocery options, breakfast was good but would be better with cream cheese for the bagels ;) Parking easy and plentiful, will be back if and when Mr Strings returns to Ionia Fairgrounds for sure

Overall our two night stay was fine. The bed was clean and the ac worked perfectly. However, the room on initial entry was pretty musky and smelled of dog. Once the air circulation started and I sprayed some air freshener it was fine. Not sure I would stay again as there are better options for the same price range. In a pinch and limited options this was a fine choice.

One night stay just to sleep. The property is aging and somewhat worn but kept in decent condition. The girl who checked me in was pleasant. The room TV remote was missing and she was quick in providing me with a replacement. Room itself (I reserved one with one queen bed) was on the smaller size but had a mini fridge and microwave. The bathroom had a sliding pocket door, which was fine but kind of weird, probably to save on space. The hallways had an odd fruit scented spray smell, I think used to cover the vague smoke smell of the days when there were smoking rooms. Continental breakfast was fairly sparse with a couple of cereals, bagels, toast, yogurt and a couple of warmers with scrambled eggs and a few sausage links, coffee and juice. Breakfast area was small and a little awkward. Overall, was a decent stay for the price point of a little under a hundred dollars all in. I would stay here again for the price, just nothing remotely fancy about it.

The room needs a little bit of an update, but overall wasn't too bad. The only thing we didn't like was the bed, it seemed worn out and kind of sunk in. Other than that, our stay was nice
