“Location is good, there is literally a bus station in walking 2 minutes. Parking and check in/out is also easy and convenient. The room is clean with towel provided. Breakfast has a quite a lot of variety (western) However, few points that we think that makes the hotel overpriced: - only soap shampoo and body shower provided, i honestly don’t know how to use a soap to wash my hair so will recommend you to bring your own - curtain is not sun blocked and while the bed is facing the window - TV……

“Solid 4 stars hotel. Modern, clean and good quality breakfast. The Suite room single sofa bed is comfortable enough for an additional adult ”

“Our experience at Hotel Steiner was unfortunately very disappointing. One of the main reasons we specifically chose this hotel was air conditioning, yet it did not work properly for a significant portion of our stay. Whenever we contacted the staff with a question or problem, they seemed unsure how to help and the response was almost always, “We will call you back.” To their credit, they usually did call back, but unfortunately the follow-up rarely provided an actual solution or a clear answer……

“Front desk Joseph was a delightful person and being very helpful during our stay. The spa area is very clean. The dinner was delicious. Strongly recommended! ”

“Friendly staff service excellent”

“Nice staff and good breakfast. Hotel is very clean with modern facilities. Couldn’t expect more.”

“Camera pulita, ottima colazione. Personale ed altri servizi sufficienti”

“Nice breakfast ready in the morning”

“The property and rooms were immaculate. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They have outstanding amenities to include a sauna, steam room, hot tub, and an outdoor heated swimming pool. The restaurant was outstanding. Cannot say enough about the hotel and the kind folks that run it.”

“Good”

“The rooms were clean and spacious with beautiful details. Beds were comfortable. Shower was amazing. The location was perfect. The check in location was tricky to find- but if you go in the Meta Sky bar and all the way through to the back on the bar on the top floor you will find it. Or use the call button at the hotel entrance and they will come find you. For US guests be aware top sheets and wash cloths aren’t to be found - this seems to be the case in most of the places we stayed in Italy……
