“I was charged twice for.damage protection. I paid when booking and then forced to pay another when checking in. I contacted the property management a lot of times, but they kept talking about something else. I have now wasted a lot of time and have VRBO support trying to help because this is against policy. I also couldn't get into the property with tbe code I was given and spent 30 minutes in the hallway with support trying numerous different codes. The property wasn't very clean.”

“I ended up not staying, the parking lot was not secure, horrible neighborhood with people pushing shopping carts around, there was no way I was getting out of the car or leaving my car in that lot. I ended up being able to get a hotel that would take my pet. I think this property needs some better instructions, like ,"don't stay here if you are a single female". ”

“The apartment has a fabulous view. We visited during a very snowy weekend, we appreciated the indoor garage parking.Here are things that could be improved for future guests. The code for lockbox provided in the PDF was not accurate. I had to reach out to Traveler's comfort for assistance after several minutes of struggle with the wrong code. Same for wifi-incorrect code. Cleanliness and disrepair are top categories that were lacking. Corners of rooms had dust, hair and leftover cleaner fluid....

“Prior to the stay there was a discussion about a refund related to checking out three days early due to a scheduling conflict with my kids. I contacted both the host and VRBO more than a week before our scheduled check-in on December 29. Was told it was approved. Host charged us for the entire stay. Also, the internet never worked during the stay. Had to connect to my phones hotspot to use the tvs and our mobile devices. The bed clothes were never changed prior to our arrival. We doubd...
