“Checked in and back out 5 minutes later. The room smelled musty and moldy, everything in the room was damp. It looks like they put a quick coat of paint on the walls to hide everything that was wrong. Extremely disappointed. No refund either then I was asked if i did anything to the room or could it be re rented… shameful”

“Staff was well-trained, professional, and caring. Spa was top-notch. Grounds were beautiful. Condo was roomy. Well done.”

“Room was large, but the space was not used adequately- there was a kitchenette, but no table with a couple chairs to sit at to eat your food ( there was a desk and desk chair though). The kitchenette sink and the bathtub didn’t drain well. The supposedly harbor view was actually the view of the cars parked right in front of your room door. There was a view of the restaurant entrance where it gets pretty busy on the weekends. So we needed to keep the room blinds closed at all time for privacy (……
