“Overall the stay was fine. Beautiful property, nice neighborhood, we had two issues, the first and most important issue we had was with the Security Deposit. It wasnt in the upfront cost. The deposit was requested about a week before the trip. So we had no idea how much was needed until then, i have no problem paying the deposit. The problem was not knowing the amount upfront. The second with one of the fans acting up. We messaged the property with the problem and recieved a message asking for...

“We stayed at the Milos Beach house 6/7/25 for a full week renting out both sides. We had our 5 kids and their families there with us, and most commented that it was the best VRBO rental and location ever! We rented out both sides and Tina left the ADA elevator open on the 2nd/main floor so that we could easily walk back and forth between the 2 sides. The rooms were great, plenty of beds, bedding, pillows, towels, etc. The layout worked great for us as we put all the kids in the lower level...

“This house was beautiful and perfect for our family. It had everything we needed including spectacular water views, a fantastic pool and any amenity you could possibly need. The house was immaculate with plenty of room and morning coffee on the balcony was perfection. And a coffee maker that made a hot cup of coffee was icing on the cake. Owners were very responsive when we had a question. This was a great find and we will definitely be back next year!”

“The property was beautiful, very clean and had all described amenities. However, for a house that sleeps up to 22 people there was very minimal necessities, for example; no oven mits, zero extra towels/blankets/pillows, not enough plates/cutlery. No kitchen towels. I believe this is a newer listing so overall this property was great and worth the money but a 50 run to the dollar store would definitely make a difference. ”
