Check-in was not clearly explained, and there were no pre-arrival instructions, even after speaking to the host the day prior to check-in. When we entered past the security gate the property looked like a construction zone and not a luxury rental. There were construction boards along the entrance ramp with exposed nails sticking up. The photos and description mentioned pools and an outdoor seating and grilling area. The……

“This was our 2nd visit so obviously we enjoyed the resort. Food was very good and staff accommodating . The only reason for 4 stars was the water was not hot enough and it took 2 days to fix. The robes could also use a refresh. This is a very enjoyable spot to unwind and we would highly recommend it.”
