“The towel situation by pool - people putting towels at 6am and no space was the most terrible I’ve ever seen. On holiday and having to set an alarm to get a space. Set that rule in place - it’s ridiculous”

“Lovely hotel and décor, we had an excellent size room and slept very well, food was good but very repetitive, I do think the a la carte restaurants could have been better... Staff were very attentive and friendly! The main pool could do with tidying up a little, there is some maintenance required and it could have been cleaner... there was sometimes lack of seating (evening entertainment area particularly and Sugar Reef bar ) and pool sides (loungers) when busy. The view and setting is……

“Das Zimmer war sauber und es kam jeden Tag die Reinigung. Das Personal war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Strand war direkt an der Hotelanlage und ein Strandrestaurant hat es auch. Wir konnten uns sehr gut erholen. Wenn man nicht an den Strand möchte, hat es auch einen Pool. Wir würden sofort wieder gehen. Das einzige was nicht so toll war, waren die Stechmücken. Ich empfehle einen Mückenspray mitzunehmen. Es ist aber erst am Abend gegen 20.30 uhr wenn die Sonne runtergeht. Am Tag durch……

“Overall very nice property - has a few downsides but the overall experience deserves 5*. Perhaps the breakfast could use an upgrade out of all the few downsides but other than that excellent staff and good location .”

“A hotel that relies on tourism. The rooms are generally clean, but you can tell the hotel isn’t exactly brand-new anymore. You have to pay for things that shouldn’t be part of a 4-star experience (e.g., coffee capsules). Facilities like the pool and fitness center are good, though here too you can see signs of age (sun loungers). Breakfast is sparse but good.”

“Al llegar a la habitación tuvimos un problema que el servicio solucionó inmediatamente. Como compensación nos invitaron a cenar en el restaurante del rooftop. Servicio muy diligente y atento en todo momento. El restaurante La Luna espectacular y desayuno buffet muy completo.”

“lieu magnifique, belle plage, nombreuses piscines avec toujours des transats libres, personnel aux petits soins, all inclusive intégral avec des produits de grandes qualités, supers cocktails et vins, nombreux restaurants vraiment excellents (à réserver dès son arrivée), nous avions une chambre avec vue à 180 deg sur la mer, bref vacances inoubliables, absolument rien à redire”

“Personale gentile e accomodante. Struttura comoda. Buffet vario e ampio. Qualche zanzara di troppo, compratevi lo spray. Stanza senza comodini che sarebbero utili. Anche il bagno senza appoggi. Complessivamente una buona struttura.”

“Very very good, but it’s further from old town and Dassia then one would think A car service would be a welcomed addition. Baked into the per night cost that would go into old town or other areas of the island on time increments”
