“The resort is beautiful. The views, the pool the beach everything is absolutely amazing. We came for our 10th wedding anniversary. We came during the week and it was very quiet and there was lots of room around the pool and beach. We checked out on Saturday and it was considerably busier compared to the rest of our time there. The buffet was lovely with lots of options that changed with breakfast, lunch and dinner. We were very happy with the food choices. We dined at the Italian one evening……

“The experience at Ikos Dassia was absolutelty amazing. The quality of the food was exceptional and one of the many highlights at this hotel. The staff has been extemely friendly, helpful and always trying to anticipate the needs and wishes of the guests. They get the highest possible credit from us. We absolutely will come back to Ikos resorts as it has been a unique and high level experience.”

“All the staff are first rate and always helpful and accommodating. The food is good with breakfast being particularly excellent. As you might expect the wine & water can be pricey. For us though, there is one major drawback which is the obtrusive background music at the restaurants (even at breakfast) but particularly at the pools. Think twice about coming here if you want the quiet fly and flop type holiday by the pool. Background music should be unobtrusive so you can read undisturbed,……

“We stayed at the hotel for 7 nights, 2 adults and 2 kids. The cleaniness of the room was frankly appalling. We had duvet with blood stains (not ours, obviously) for multiple days. We raised complaints to hotel and the answers we received (by 3 different people) included: 1) laundry was done by an external company so it was not their problem. 2) they proposed to just change the beddings and acted like nothing happened. 3) when we ask for partial refund / form of compensation we were told we could……

“Lovely hotel with great service and nice food. Pretty setting but the beach at the hotel is only a jetty. Pool is excellent. Slightly in the middle of nowhere, so very helpful to have a car as taxis are surprisingly expensive. You can hire one from the hotel. Our room had a nice sea view but was above the breakfast room so a bit noisy in the morning.”
