“DO NOT STAY HERE! I was charged an extra hundo AFTER THE FACT for a pet fee even though I disclosed at check in that my service animal was with me. I filled out the service animal slip, confirmed with the clerk that there would be NO additional fees and confirmed the original charge of the room. I find out 3 days later that I was charged without my consent for a "pet". I have been reaching out for over a week now to get a hold of the manager and he IS NEVER THERE. DO Not STAY HERE”

“The staff is awesome, super friendly and welcoming! The restroom was not cleaned thoroughly, but the room was comfortable and they sent house keeping everyday. So if I wanted, I could have asked them to reclean. The beds were very comfortable and the room was silent. Free breakfast was what you expect, the attendant was great! I would stay again!”
