Studio 'Paul' with Sea View, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

The guest room is 25 square meters in size and is located on the second floor. The bathroom for private use with hairdryer, two washbasins, bathtub and WC is right next door. The room is a non-smoking room - smoking is prohibited. In the room there are two separate beds (90*190 cm), a closet, kettle and crockery for tea drinking and free W-LAN. Bed linen and towels are also provided. There is no running water in the room. Breakfast is not offered. There is a parking lot directly at the house and bicycle storage is also available.



The cozy guest room Paul is centrally located in the green district of Reutin. The lake can be reached on foot in about ten minutes, the island - the old town of Lindau - in about 17 minutes.



Breakfast is not offered. Within walking distance there is an inn and a bakery, where you can easily have breakfast, a bank, supermarkets and several good restaurants are within walking distance. The bus stop for the Lindau city bus is in the immediate vicinity. Smoking is not allowed in the room.
