“Jättebra ennattshotell för den som är på väg genom Europa. Glest med gäster en söndagskväll gjorde att vi blev uppgraderade och fick en svit. Perfekt för trötta resenärer att beställa hämtmat på grekrestaurangen ett kvarter bort, och äta i vardagsrummet. Bra frukost av klassiskt tyskt snitt. Hygglig receptionist fyllde på vår mittkonsolvattenflaska med kallt bubblande vatten, innan vi drog vidare. ”

“Wir waren als Familie nur für eine Nacht in der Jugendherberge Lindau, möchten aber die Freundlichkeit, Hilfsbereitschaft sowie Sauberkeit (vor allen Dingen auch WCs und Duschen) und die wirklich schöne Einrichtung erwähnen. Das Zimmer war wie erwartet sehr schlicht, aber sogar mit Waschbecken und Spiegel ausgestattet (hatten wir gar nicht erwartet). Frühstück war sehr gut und ausreichend. Wir hatten es zwar nicht in Anspruch genommen, aber es gibt die Möglichkeit durch Kauf von Essensmarken……

“Einfaches aber sauberes Zimmer. Freundliches, zuvorkommendes Personal. Frühstücksbuffet mit Riesen Auswahl. Hotel für Besuche zu Fuss auf der Insel Top gelegen, nur ca 15 Minuten Gehzeit, schön am Bahndamm entlang. Kann ich nur empfehlen.”

“Moderne Zimmereinrichtung (die letzte Renovierung liegt wohl nicht lange zurück), allerdings ist im Zimmer 207 die WC-Nische zwischen Waschbecken und Wand sehr eng - ungünstig für etwas beleibtere Gäste. Sehr schöner Service: Getränkekühlschrank zur Selbstbedienung auf dem Gang. Zum Frühstücken gibt es alles was man braucht, Eierspeisen werden frisch zubereitet. In ca. 100 m Entfernung ist eine Bushaltestelle, von dort aus fährt der Linienbus ohne Umstieg bis zum Bahnhof auf die Lindauer Insel.……

“入住當晚是平安夜，酒店職員早就已經主動聯絡我們，通知當晚６點後將沒有員工留在酒店，清楚告訴我們如何使用自助登記機進入酒店、拿房卡，我們到達時整個入住過程十分順利，很快就到房間了。房間裡很貼心的預備了一大盤食物（有蘋果、花生、核桃、巧克力、餅乾和一些應節的聖誕餅），感覺很溫馨。房間很舒適，整潔，洗手間也很寬敞，只可惜沒有提供盥洗用品，尤其適逄節日，整個城市的商店都關門了，如果住客自己沒有帶備盥洗用品真的會很麻煩。 第二天早上是聖誕節，想不到也如常提供早餐，讚一個！早餐也不錯！”

“Front desk ladies especially the Malaysian lady was really friendly and helpful. Excellent service!!! Location is good, nearby the supermarket and train station. Breakfast is nice. We also had free welcome drinks, tea, soft drinks, fruits, little snacks etc in the lobby during our stay. Free parking also provided from the hotel. We have a pleasant stay at this hotel.”

“Room and surrounding are awesome. The front desk staff work for the restaurant as well, we waited for over 10 mins at least twice while asked some helps, the lady checked out for us was impatient and bit rude. ”
