“Check in procedure was a bit unusual for me, if I’m honest. It took a couple of phone calls, emails and having to download their app. That said straightforward once you understood it. Paid offsite parking is a block away. Wouldn’t have been ideal if I’d had a suitcase to lug around. Parking and accommodation on separate invoices. I had clocked it not a hotel, but serviced boutique apartments. Location is great. Good choice of eateries close by. All said, now that I know what to expect……

“Normally go on a cruise each year with the children (17,12) but this year decided to stay in the UK. The cottage was magnificent, has everything you could possible need it a beautiful perfect location. We went the week of the heatwave so made the most of the activities all the lakes have to offer. Will definitely be back”
