The accommodation was clean and tastefully decorated/furnished with all that you need for a great stay. The check in communication was fine. The only things to note, take an eye mask with you if you like a dark room to sleep. Some of the rooms have blinds that did not block out the light. I did get bitten a lot which has never happened to me before but the cause was a mystery because my husband did not get bitten at all. The roman blinds in the room let it down as did the net curtains which were hung the wrong way on the windows so the strings were an eyesore. The coffee and tea making facilities were excellent. The bathroom needed more shelving. The location was amazing and an excellent place to use as a base for sight seeing further afield. We spent 3 nights and 2 days there and could have stayed longer. They employ some amazing staff. Enormous credit to them ."
