“A great little lodge (about 10 rooms) with sensational friendly and helpful staff. We had breakfast and dinner, both of which were delicious. The bar is a little limited in range, but still good. The room was very comfortable and had everything we could need.
Overall a very comfortable and beautiful lodge - we definitely hope to be back.”

“While the room was clean but if you want a place infested with ants and cockroaches and no water, unhelpful staff - this is the place! We were met with an infestation of ants. And not a couple. Millions and millions of ants. The staff blatantly refused to give us a new room stating they had treated the room but the ants returned. There were several cockroaches roaming around the room. They continuously turned off the water and had to call them to turn it on to use the shower and toilet. There……

No hot water for the shower, wifi was poor (until we moved it to the room)
Breakfast was poor”

“First of all, as of today (2019-11-24), the location given by Expedia and Google Maps for this property is that of a private housing complex, not that of the lodge! Thankfully, some locals were kind enough to bring me to one of the Richland Lodges (it's a small local chain of lodges).
There, they told me none of the locations had received a booking from Expedia. Also, I was told that the Sinazeze location is actually half an hour drive out of Livingstone instead of downtown as indicated by……

“De vägrade att släppa in mig om jag inte först betalade för rummet fast det var betalt och bekräftat här. Det krävdes att jag kontakta kundcenter här innan det löste sig så ett stort tack till dem men jag skulle inte rekommendera det här stället och inte heller deras andra Richland Lodge motell som det var samma problem med. Bilderna stämmer inte heller överens med de båda hotellen då de har förväxlat bilderna.”

Service, bug nets downat night). I would highly recommend a stay here for anyone going to Victoria falls!”
