“Alles in allen ist das Hotel Top, Personal von der Rezeption, Restaurant bis zum Zimmerservice, alles Makelos und Super!!! Zimmer war sehr gut ausgestattet. Restaurant, hatte 3 Mal Abend für 18 EURO gegessen, gute Auswahl bis hin zu den Bars, alles Perfekt. Das Hotel kann ich nur bestens Empfehlen.”

“We had a very good stay at the Mercure Benidorm Hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with a glass of cava at the reception, which was a lovely touch and made us feel immediately at home. The staff were friendly and professional, the atmosphere was relaxed, and everything was well organized. The room was comfortable and clean, and overall everything was nice and enjoyable. “We love staying in the old town area.pf benidorm amd this was perfect 2 minute walk into the centre for shopping ,bars and food. the beach just as close. The room was lovely we had a double bed, walk in shower. Microwave and fridge freezer. We had a late flight and didnt arrive at the hotel until 1 am, very friendly staff and the desk is manned 24hr but need to ring if arriving after 9pm. Throughly enjoyed our holiday and we will definitely be staying at this hotel/ apartment again. ”

“Estuvimos alojados en este hotel durante las Navidades y la experiencia fue muy buena. El personal fue siempre muy agradable y atento, y las instalaciones estaban muy bien cuidadas. Destacamos especialmente la habitación familiar, situada en la primera planta, algo muy cómodo cuando se viaja con niños y carros, ya que evitamos tener que usar el ascensor, que suele estar siempre lleno y resulta imprescindible en estos casos. El buffet estaba bien, aunque la variedad de opciones para niños era……

“I recently stayed at this hotel for a few days and I absolutely loved it. The room was wonderful — clean, comfortable, and with a beautiful seaside view. It had everything I needed. The breakfast was fantastic, truly one of the highlights of my stay. The reception team was very friendly, always smiling, and happy to help with any information I needed.
