“The pool was huge and well maintained as we all the common areas Rooms were large and bathrooms very spacious Glass policy is ingenious but a real pain in the backside Bar staff and all staff to be fair were helpful apart from Maria in the poolside bar who was condescending and made comments in spanish when she didn’t like something. Fortunately I speak Spanish so heard most of it. Pool absolutely freezing cold and no air con in rooms a disgrace”

“I would rate this hotel 5 stars but the pool was closed for 3 days during our stay, I understand this is sometimes out of hand due to water works in the Benidorm area, However a notice would have been nice. Other than that everything else including the room was perfect, well maintained, looks newly renovated. The breakfast coffees were lovely and the food was good. Will stay here again when I’m Back.”

“Very basic hotel, 3 star rating is generous. Evening food wasn’t cooked properly, breakfast options were better so half board option not with it as we ate out, very noisy throughout the night . If you’re looking for somewhere just to sleep for a couple of hours and leave your luggage while you get plastered down the strip this is probably the place for you.”

“Hotel liegt an einer stark befahrenen durchgangsstrasse dh. eher laut.ich hatte ein zimmer zum innenhof,wo die kühlanlage 24 stunden lief.hotel ist schräg gegenüber vom rathausplatz.an einem samstagabend dröhnte die musik von dort bis 2 uhr nachts.für nicht lärmempfindliche ein hotel mit gutem preis/leistungsverhältniss. ”
