On arrival the reception staff were welcoming and friendly, little bag of water and extras was a nice surprise. The room was an extremely good size and very clean. The food at the restaurant was good and the bar staff were very pleasant. The only downside was that the bar shut quite early.

A hidden gem. We spent the day in Solvang and the night at the Village Inn. Updated rooms, friendly staff and great restaurant. The grounds are very well kept with a pool and fire pit. Plus dogs are welcome. I wish all hotels paid attention to details like the Village Inn.
