The location is absolutely amazing and this place is clean and well appointed! We really enjoyed our stay at the Marlin Waterloo. We appreciated the kitchenette so we could make some breakfasts and lunches in the room. Everyone was very helpful.

We had a wonderful stay! Everything about the hotel was great. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. The location was excellent and made it very easy to get around and enjoy the area. Everything we needed was available, and our stay was comfortable from beginning to end. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!

Nice upscale hotel. While we didn’t have occasion to use the well-equipped kitchenette beyond the tea kettle, microwave and refrigerator, we appreciated the ability to do more, The bed was comfortable, the bathroom shower very good, enough wardrobe space. Good location. We opted to pay for the hot and cold buffet breakfast, which had everything you could want, and was a real convenience for tourists like us who wanted to get out and sightsee. Very nice lobby area. We were only there for two nights, but noted they had a fitness center, which would been a plus for a longer stay. I would recommend.

The hotel was clean and comfortable stay in the big city of London. The room was set up for what was in the booking with clean and beautiful room. Staff in the interactions were great. One thing I did not like is the check in screens as I did not have an interaction with staff when arrived. Staff was always around the counter to help however.
