Room very plain. Window looked directly into another room. Room safe malfunctioned. Had to request maintenance 5 times to assist. Each time said they would help immediately. Simply didn't. Restaurant and bar were soulless. Area not salubrious. Not recommended.

The room i was first given smelt dirty, like old cigarette smoke, the carpet was stained, and was noisy. I asked to be moved, but was only moved on the second day of my 4-day stay. The room I was moved to was much better: small, but quite clean and comfortable, however the coffee sachets were missing from the room. Unfortunately, in my experience, attention to detail is missing from this hotel.

The staff was excellent except for one concierge, Edgar, who was mean and unprofessional. The other staff and the manager intervened and helped with a taxi to the airport. the carpet had not been cleaned when I checked in. cleaning was done only the surface.

Great value price wise, excellent location, really pleased to get a top floor room meaning it was quiet. Nice touch of complimentary water, tea & coffee. Brilliant that there was an iron & ironing board in the room. Could do with blackout curtains.

Clean and modern hotel, staff were courteous. Very convenient location - close to Tube stations and bus routes, cafes and restaurants. I couldn't turn off the air conditioning at night in my room- the button seemed to be stuck, so it was a bit noisy and took me a while to fall asleep. I did appreciate being able to open the window in the room, though - nice change, as many hotels fix their windows shut. Breakfast was good. All in all, it was an enjoyable stay.

The most enjoyable experience was how professional the staff members were in relation to answering our queries. I was a bit disappointed with the room when it came to using its facilities. One such instance would be that the air conditioner was not functioning properly. Another thing was the fact we were not able to open the drawers as it seems it was stuck to something. Overall, I would give my experience a rating of 3.5/5.
